What is Blogger vs Wix or Tumblr

Blogger or Blogspot is the most popular blogging platform around me. Let us talk about its main difference between itself and another popular one called Tumblr.

Tumblr is also known as Tumblr, and it is a web-based tool, blogging tool, social network, messaging system, etc, similar to Twitter. But it offers a higher degree of freedom to express yourself, unlike Blogger, which allows you to write everything down in a form of HTML and later use it for customizing your blog. It contains no programming languages.

Tumblr as a Web 2.0 platform is a little different from Blogger. Most bloggers run a particular Blogger.com account with a Blogger.com address, and then they set up subblogs for each of their blog articles to optimize their SEO. They just need to select where the articles will appear on their Newsfeed. If you put your URL into search engines like Google, Yahoo, Bing, and Yahoo! Search Engine Optimization (SEO), you may want to check, and if done properly, your blog may rank higher and show up in organic search results.

Tumblr allows anyone to make any kind of blog, as long as they have a valid Gmail or Facebook Account. You can make money by writing products and services, making money by promoting ads, selling merchandise and items, or selling your videos. It is a social media and service-oriented business focused on providing value and support to people. It takes some effort to make money from Tumblr. However, you can make money with Tumblr even without having a web page, by doing advertisements on your Tumblr account. This means that the income from Tumblr makes sense when used correctly. Now let's move onto the topic: Why I love Tumblr over Blogger (Tumblr alternative)

Tumblr gives more flexibility in terms of the way how you use it. Instead of having to install every third-party program or download every piece of software, you can simply copy and paste the code for your blog. The possibilities of customization are amazing and endless. Also, there are millions of things to contribute. Anyone can make a blog regardless of skill level. So, that’s the reason Tumblr has gained popularity among bloggers and people who are looking for a more open source, no-code solution for their blog. The majority of people also go for Tumblr because of being able to post non-fiction books or articles just like those. Tumblr also supports audio and video work, you can upload your clips to YouTube, or convert them to MP3, MP4, and M4.

Tumblr takes a good amount of care of comments, it works on Android and iOS devices. Plus, it supports thousands of languages from different parts of the world. By default, you will probably need to set up your username and password, for getting access to certain aspects of Tumblr, here they show examples. To post on Tumblr and earn income, first you need to have 1000 followers or 50k engagement of your Tumblr accounts on Tumblr’s homepage. If you follow that step, you will be allowed to publish stories in real-time and, once approved, you'll receive a notification with your stats. Your stories will appear on the home pages of other blogs as well as Tumblr. In addition to this, there is a self-service feature to sign up to a mailing list, so you will never forget when and which newsletter you got. When you get the notification that your story was accepted, click “Download your new message for today” to finish editing it now you're ready to publish it.

Tumblr offers a lot more features than regular WordPress. For example, it integrates with dozens of different applications, including eCommerce, CRM and email. This means that you can manage your entire business in one place, instead of worrying about keeping your WordPress account set up, setting up links or anything else. On the contrary, blogger.com offers a complete web experience, and many themes to choose. But if you decide to migrate to Tumblr, you can do it.

So, that’s why it’s obvious. Tumblr has many advantages that help you out on building your blog.

What is WordPress.com?

If you choose to become a blogger, then it is almost impossible for your blog to go wrong. That’s exactly what I am trying to tell you. However, it does take some time to master WordPress.com as you might find in my previous tutorial. I recommend buying a theme and installing WordPress right away. With these two steps, you can create a beautiful Tumblr page by typing out your wordpress.com URL in the browser or download the app from the Play Store. Since your website will act as the root of your presence on Tumblr, your domain name should be www.yoursite.tumblr.com or gmail.yoursite@gmail.com. Now the question is, where to find these kinds of websites?

These days, Google Trends shows the most trending domains on Tumblr. Tumblr is basically a small town. As a result, they have a tendency to keep their sites on the most visited place. And, the place with high number of visits is Google.

For finding the keywords, you can type these words in google search bar or in the search box of the search engine. It is really a quick process, and you can find hundreds of websites for free. Google is pretty important website for finding keywords because they have millions of visitors every month. From there, they are able to find keywords that they use for their blogs or on their WordPress pages. Here is the process of selecting the correct keyword and uploading it. Then, you will need to submit your blog. Make sure that the title matches the keywords selected. Next, it will be published in the format required on Tumblr and then show on the search results. After submitting the blog, you will receive an approval notification on Tumblr. In conclusion, this is very similar to Blogger and WordPress.org, but, it will be a better option for WordPress.

Tumblr's interface is pretty basic for showing your posts and analytics. This means you will spend a little bit extra time to get ready for posting. Of course, you can customize the appearance of your blog, but you will still have to come up with a specific template. So, for simplicity, the design will be more like a normal blog, although its design can differ from other blogging platform. Once you have a perfect Tumblr blog, you can also display your Instagram and Snapchat accounts as well as Flickr photos on Tumblr. Moreover, you can also display your bookmarks and all your files to showcase them on Tumblr as well. It is worth mentioning that Tumblr gives you plenty of functionality and options to integrate multiple applications and other social networks to make your online life easier. Even though Blogger or anyone else can do that, a true blogger is capable of connecting all the relevant social networks to his blog so he can have a unique Tumblr blog. Overall, I recommend both Blogger and Tumblr as they are great to launch your blog. Tumblr is one of the largest blogging platforms when it comes to hosting. They are quite affordable yet there are unlimited opportunities to monetize to gain backlinks and traffic. People want to read good books and they are willing to pay for it. Therefore, it would seem like blogging is in high demand nowadays. You don’t need to be a professional writer or have huge amounts of text to monetize a blog. All you need is to know how to setup a WordPress blog, choose the right themes, install plugins, SEO, promote your blog in Google search or Youtube, display Ads on your Tumblr page, and many more. So, while choosing the right platform to start your blog, consider your needs and your skills, in order to make the right choice and start earning money with Tumblr.
